I am a laid-back gal who love the finer things in life. I live an active life and some of my hobbies include going to the gym daily, playing tennis, reading, photography, horse riding, going to the theatre, hiking and travelling.
I used to work as an Environmental Consultant all over Africa but now lead a quieter life raising my six-year-old daughter and working as a personal trainer and spinning instructor.
I love being a mom, good food, whiskey, art, coffee, mountain biking, gaming, movies, music (used to play the violin). I deeply value conversation, authenticity and friendship.
I'd like to think of myself as an empath, I give of myself and to others, sometimes to my own detriment. I am kind and soft, but I have been through a lot. I am real, I curse and have a wicked sense of humour.
