About Him
I am friendly and helpful and I like traveling, as I have not done enough yet by far. I like watching sport live or on TV, such as rugby union, cricket, tennis, snooker, but I am not glued to it. I also enjoy walking, but not too far, and usually with a tea shop or pub involved. As a retired teacher, I still mark A-level Maths in the summer. I am a “glass half full” person and generally enjoy life, although I am known for Dad jokes at times! I am a Christian and go to Church, having previously served in various voluntary capacities.

I would like to meet a lady with a lovely smile and a personality to match, who is interested in traveling and sharing her life with me. I think it is most important to be good friends to start with and then see what develops. I like a good walk, perhaps holding hands, and curling up together on the settee at the end of the day for a cwtch. I would definitely not like to date a smoker or a lady who is mad on dogs (been there, done that).
